What is Hipview?

HIPVIEW are an online Home Information Pack Provider. HIPVIEW provide an online service for ordering searches and reports on properties within the UK and displays the results globally to prospective buyers in a Home Information Pack or HIP for short. The HIP is now required by law and we hope that this service will make the process of buying and selling property in England and Wales a much simpler and more informed process.

I am a Homeowner

To order a HIP please click here. When you have successfully placed an order, your property details and your HIP will be made available to prospective buyers through our search facilities. You will also be legally entitled to start marketing your property.

I am prospective Buyer

You can search our online database of properties for HIPs using our search facilities. Simply type in the address details of the property you wish to find and you will be able to check the status of the searches and view all relevant documentation pertaining to it - ONLINE, and for FREE.

I am an Estate Agent/Solicitor/DEA

Please fill out a simple online application form to be considered for special access to Hipview. If granted, you will be able to manage client's properties through our website, order searches online and pay by account.

Who is behind Hipview?

With the onset of Government legislation in 1st June 2007, three companies joined forces to try and make life easier for everyone involved and formed HIPVIEW.

Professional Property Searches Ltd, Pali Ltd and Nlis Ltd have set up Hipview in order to assist everyone involved with the HIP including, Solicitors, Estate Agents, Search Providers Home Owners and Potential Buyers. The idea is to speed up and simplify the process of purchasing, ordering, storing and viewing the contents of the Home Information Packs. Users will be able to set up accounts and receive monthly statements or alternatively pay using debit or credit cards online.
