SAP Reports
SAP is the Government's Standard Assessment Procedure for Energy Rating of Dwellings. SAP 2005 is adopted by government as part of the UK national methodology for calculation of the energy performance of buildings. It is used to demonstrate compliance with building regulations for dwellings - Part L - and to provide energy ratings for dwellings.
Pali can provide you with SAP calculations for your new dwellings.
As part of the process, we will offer advice and guidance in altering the specification to gain compliance and where necessary liase, on your behalf, with your Building Control Authority.
Your Local Authority Building Control Department will not issue a completion certificate on your new build or conversion without an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
If you order SAP calculations through Pali, we will include a Predicative Energy Assessment (where needed) and a full on construction EPC.
